Adjacent to the Jardin de Diane, the Galerie des Cerfs measures seventy five metres by seven. Decorated by Henry IV with birds-eye views of hunting scenes across sylvan crown lands and properties, its walls are ranged with decorative stags heads mounted with real antlers. It also features groups of bronze statues cast by Primaticcio at Fontainebleau for Francis I.
